The Grooming tool is an online resource from Childline that provides information and advice on how to protect yourself from online grooming. The tool includes advice on what online grooming is, how to spot the signs, and what to do if you think you are being groomed. It also has a quiz that you can take to test your knowledge of online grooming and a list of useful contacts if you need further support.
