The Croatian Research and Academic Network (CARNet) is a national organization established in 1991 and based in Zagreb, Croatia. It is responsible for providing advanced information and communication services to the education and research community in Croatia.
CARNet's main mission is to promote the use of information and communication technology (ICT) in the Croatian education system by providing high-speed internet connectivity and other services to universities, research institutes, and schools across the country.
