Description


The World Bank's Cybersecurity Trust Fund (CSTF) is a global initiative aimed at supporting developing countries in enhancing their cybersecurity capabilities. The fund was established in 2003 and is based in various locations around the world. The CSTF is managed by the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) team of the World Bank, in collaboration with the Global Cybersecurity Capacity Centre (GCSCC) and the Global Cybersecurity Capacity Building Centre (GCCBC).
