Description


The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications (MPTC) is the government body responsible for overseeing the development and regulation of the postal and telecommunications sector in Cambodia. Established in 1999, MPTC is a central agency that operates under the oversight of the Prime Minister’s Office and is led by a Minister.

The main goal of the MPTC is to promote the growth and modernization of the communication and information technology (CIT) industry in Cambodia. The ministry works towards achieving this
