The House of Representatives of the Philippines, also known as Kapulungan ng mga Kinatawan ng Pilipinas, is the lower house of the Philippine Congress. It is responsible for creating and passing laws that affect the daily lives of Filipino citizens. The House of Representatives consists of 304 members elected through popular vote, representing different legislative districts across the country.
