Description


The German Research Foundation (DFG) is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to promoting and funding scientific research within Germany. It was founded in 1920 and is based in the city of Bonn.

The DFG is primarily funded by the German government and its main goal is to support and facilitate basic research in all fields of science, both natural and social. It is one of the largest funding organizations for scientific research in Europe and provides funding for projects at both the national and international level
