Bilkent Cyberpark is an organization based in the Middle Eastern country of Turkey that specializes in the development and management of technology parks. It was founded in 2002 by the Bilkent University Technology Development Foundation with the aim of supporting and fostering innovation, entrepreneurship and economic growth in Turkey.
