Description


The Brazilian Internet Steering Committee (CGI.br) is a multi-stakeholder organization responsible for promoting the development and use of the internet in Brazil. It was created in 1995 by the Brazilian government in partnership with the private sector and civil society organizations, and has become a key player in the country's internet governance.

One of the main objectives of CGI.br is to devise policies and strategies for the development of the Brazilian internet, taking into account social, economic, technological, and cultural factors
