The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR) is the government agency responsible for promoting and regulating foreign trade and tourism in Peru. It was created in 1968 and is headquartered in Lima.

The main objective of MINCETUR is to foster the economic growth of Peru through the development of its foreign trade and tourism sectors. The organization is divided into several departments that work together to achieve this goal.
