Description


The National Secretariat of Science Technology and Innovation (SENACYT) is the leading organization in Panama that promotes and supports scientific research, technological development, and innovation. It was established in 1992, under the Ministry of Education, with the aim of encouraging the country's economic and social development through science and technology.

One of SENACYT's primary objectives is to establish effective policies and programs that promote research and development activities in various fields such as agriculture, health, energy, and environmental sustainability
