Description


The Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA) is a law in the United Kingdom that regulates the collection, use, disclosure, and storage of personal information. The DPA is based on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which is a European Union law that regulates the processing of personal data by organizations in the European Economic Area (EEA).
