Description


The Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act) is a federal law in the United States that requires colleges and universities participating in federal financial aid programs to maintain and disclose campus crime statistics and security information. The Clery Act is intended to provide students and their families with information about campus crime so that they can make informed decisions about their education.
