Description

The United Nations (UN) system is a complex network of organizations and agencies that work together to promote international cooperation, peace and security. Within this system, cybersecurity plays a critical role in protecting the digital infrastructure and sensitive information of UN organizations and member states from various cyber threats.

The UN Office of Information and Communications Technology (OICT) is the central body responsible for coordinating and providing guidance on cybersecurity across the entire UN system.
