Description


The National Cybersecurity Centre (CNCS) is an organization based in Portugal that is responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of the country's cyberspace. It was established in 2013 and is under the direct supervision of the Secretary-General of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.

The main objective of the CNCS is to develop strategies and policies to prevent, detect and respond to cyber threats. It works closely with other government agencies, private companies, and international organizations to achieve this goal
