Description
The Government of Armenia, located in the capital city of Yerevan, is the main executive body of the Republic of Armenia. It is responsible for carrying out the policies and decisions of the Armenian National Assembly, the legislative branch of the government, and is headed by the Prime Minister who is appointed by the President of Armenia. The government is composed of various ministries and agencies that work together to fulfill the mission of promoting the welfare and development of the country.
