Description


The Afghanistan National Computer Emergency Response Team (AFCERT) is a government-operated organization responsible for handling cyber threats and incidents within Afghanistan. It was established in 2014 by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology with the goal of creating a secure cyber environment for government agencies, enterprises, and individuals in the country.
