The Royal University of Bhutan (RUB) is a government-funded institution of higher education located in the small Himalayan kingdom of Bhutan. Founded in 2003, RUB was established by the Royal University of Bhutan Act, which combined the country's previously scattered higher education institutions under one umbrella. RUB is committed to providing quality education and fostering academic excellence while also preserving Bhutanese culture and values.
