CNP-PPP, which stands for Conseil National des Partenariats Public-Privé (National Council of Public-Private Partnerships), is a government organization based in Côte d'Ivoire. It is responsible for promoting and facilitating the implementation of public-private partnerships (PPP) in the country.
CNP-PPP is an organization under the Ministry of Digital Economy, Telecommunications and Innovation in Côte d'Ivoire that manages PPP projects for the development of the country's digital infrastructure.
 
The organization is under the authority of the Ministry of Economy, Digital Economy and Telecommunications, and is supervised by a board of directors composed of representatives from different government ministries, private sector
